Start with the trip you want to arrange
A Sprinter trip with a chauffeur can bring a group together around one itinerary. You might be planning a birthday dinner, a wedding transfer, an airport journey or a day of meetings. This guide is for customers requesting paid transportation in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Start your request with the occasion and a short outline of the journey. A clear outline helps the team understand what you need before they discuss vehicle options and a quote.
Give the date and the times that matter
Include the full travel date and your preferred pickup time. Use Toronto local time for a GTA trip. If you need to reach a venue by a set time, give that arrival time as well. Say whether the pickup time can change or whether it depends on a flight, ceremony or meeting. For travel on more than one day, list the dates separately. If the trip continues after midnight, give the return date so the team can read the schedule correctly.
Describe the route and each stop
Give a complete pickup address and destination. Add the building name or entrance if the street address does not identify where the group will meet. List extra stops in the order you expect to visit them. Mention pickups from different homes, hotels or offices. Include the time you expect to spend at each stop. For an event, include the venue and the place where passengers expect to board after it ends. Tell the team which parts of the route are fixed and which details you still need to decide.
Count passengers and luggage separately
Give the total passenger count for each part of the journey. If the count changes after a stop, explain when people will join or leave. List the number of suitcases and smaller bags. Describe large items, equipment or mobility aids that the group plans to bring. Seats and luggage space need separate checks. Ask the team to confirm that the proposed vehicle and its configuration fit your group. Do not use a vehicle photo as confirmation of the space or equipment for your trip.
Explain the return journey and requested hours
Say whether you need a one-way transfer, a return pickup or a vehicle for several hours. For a return journey, give the pickup location and expected time. If the group will stay at an event, explain whether you want the chauffeur to wait or return later. For an hourly request, give the planned start and finish times and the stops in between. If the finish time is uncertain, say so. Ask how extra time and changes would affect the arrangement before you accept a quote.
Choose one contact and review the quote
Give the name, email address and phone number of the person who can answer planning questions. Canadian numbers use the +1 country code. Keep identity documents and payment details out of your request. Review the proposed route, vehicle, service duration and price with the team. Ask about waiting time, additional stops, payment and cancellation terms. Submitting a quote request does not reserve a vehicle or confirm availability. Your booking needs separate confirmation from Noir Black. If your plans change, contact the team with the revised details and your request reference.
