Information you provide
The request form asks for your name, contact details, journey details, and any instructions you choose to add. Do not send a payment-card number, passport, identity document, or account password through this form.
We use these details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and arrange the service you request. An enquiry does not confirm a booking or payment. The concierge confirms availability, price, and terms separately.
How the form works
The itinerary draft stays in the current page’s memory. Leaving or refreshing the page can discard it. Copy and download controls create copies that you manage.
If the form shows Open email, it opens an email draft. You must send that draft yourself. If it shows Send request, it sends your details through a security check to our CRM. A saved request shows a reference. The staff team then handles the request. The form does not grant consent for unrelated marketing messages.
Source information
The site keeps the first page path, campaign codes, supported ad click identifiers, and browser time in this browser tab. It does not put your itinerary in that storage. A direct request includes this source information so staff can identify where the enquiry came from. A source label does not prove a sale.
This website does not add an advertising pixel or customer account. If Analytics preferences is available, you can allow or decline optional Google Analytics. It loads only after you allow it. You can turn it off using Analytics preferences at the bottom of the page. Your choice does not affect an enquiry.
Optional analytics measures page visits and saved enquiries using an opaque request reference and the service and city selected. It excludes your contact details, itinerary, campaign codes, ad click identifiers and URL queries. Google Analytics can use browser cookies and process technical connection information after you allow it. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Hosting and security services can process technical connection information when you load or use the site.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the form security check. DigitalOcean hosts the separate CRM. Payload stores CRM records. The separate n8n instance runs approved internal tasks. Resend delivers approved staff notices. Cloudflare R2 holds encrypted backup copies. Google provides the shared email inbox and the fonts requested by the website.
Staff use the CRM and shared inbox to answer requests. The website does not send automatic marketing email or SMS to imported contacts. It does not upload enquiry records to ChatGPT.
Records and privacy requests
Contact book@noirblack.com to ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion. The business must verify the requester before it releases or changes a record.
We keep new unbooked enquiries for 12 months after the last staff action. This rule does not apply to legacy HighLevel history, booking records, or financial records. Those records need separate retention rules. This notice does not enable automatic deletion.
Encrypted backup copies can remain until their retention period ends. The backup plan keeps 30 daily copies and 12 monthly copies.
Images and booking terms
Editorial images are AI-generated and illustrative. They do not confirm the vehicle, aircraft, vessel, interior, or location supplied for your request. Confirm the arrangement and terms with the concierge.
