Can we arrange a ride home after midnight?
Yes, you can request a late-night return. Include the exact date and time after midnight, downtown meeting point and final drop-offs. Return service, waiting time and additional stops must be included in the confirmed quote; they are not automatically included.
How many guests can travel in the Sprinter?
The listed range is 7 to 12 guests, depending on configuration. Share your actual guest count, costumes and bags so the team can confirm the fit for your requested journey.
Can we request several pickups or event stops?
Yes. List each pickup, venue and return destination in order, with the times you need to arrive. A shared pickup point can simplify the route. The concierge reviews routing, timing and the requested service duration before quoting.
Where can our group be picked up?
Request pickups in Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Ajax or elsewhere in the GTA for a night in downtown Toronto. Share each address; the team confirms route coverage, timing and availability.
Does sending a request confirm my booking?
No. A successful submission shows a request reference. The team reviews the request and confirms the price, availability and terms separately.
