What to confirm with the concierge
- Requested model and configuration
- Guest count and luggage
- Dates, venue timing and special instructions
This page helps you make a vehicle request. It does not confirm that a particular model is available. The concierge confirms the vehicle, configuration, luggage fit, price, and terms for your dates. Images are illustrative, not a promise of the supplied vehicle.
If this vehicle is not in the preference list, the request form adds it to your journey notes. Review those notes before you send your request.
